Privacy & Consent:

  • Eterna-Me ensures that all digital personas are created with explicit consent from the individual or their legal representatives.

  • Strict data encryption and security protocols are in place to protect users' personal information and prevent unauthorized access.

  • In the event of a company-wide asset liquidation, all saved client files will be erased.

Ethical AI Development:

  • AI models are designed to authentically reflect an individual’s personality and values without manipulation or alteration beyond user preferences.

  • Eterna-Me will never use AI-generated personas for promotional, political, or commercial purposes without the direct consent of the individual or their estate.

Transparency & Family Involvement:

  • Families and loved ones will have full access to review, refine, and approve AI representations before activation.

  • Users retain control over who can access and interact with their digital presence.

Honoring Legacy & Accuracy:

  • We strive for accuracy while recognizing that reconstructions, especially posthumous ones, are approximations.

  • Historical and celebrity recreations will be clearly identified to avoid misrepresentation.

  • Eterna-Me will not create digital personas that could be used to deceive or impersonate individuals without ethical and legal oversight.

Client Code of Ethics

Respect & Integrity:

  • Clients must use Eterna-Me’s services responsibly, respecting the dignity of the individuals being preserved.

  • AI personas should not be used to spread misinformation, manipulate, or impersonate others in unethical ways.

Privacy & Access Control:

  • Clients are responsible for managing access to their AI personas, ensuring only authorized individuals can interact with them.

  • Unauthorized sharing, commercial use, or exploitation of AI-generated personas is strictly prohibited.

Accuracy & Representation:

  • Clients should provide honest and accurate data to create the most authentic representation of themselves or their loved ones.

  • Any attempt to falsify or misrepresent a person’s likeness, personality, or voice is not permitted.

Ethical Interactions:

  • Users must engage with AI personas respectfully and in good faith, treating them as a digital extension of real individuals.

  • AI personas should not be used for harassment, fraud, or deceptive practices.
